Returns

Returns and exchanges are open for 14 days from the day it lands. Send it back unworn with tags on. Postage both ways is on you unless something arrived wrong or faulty, in which case we cover it.

Sizing. If your order does not fit, we will exchange it for another size or issue store credit. Contact support@emdcollective.com with your order number to arrange this.

Changes and cancellations. Orders can be amended or cancelled up until dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it will be handled as a return.

Incorrect or faulty items. If you receive the wrong item or a defective piece, we will offer a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
